Business Development Professional / Sales Executive
Integrated Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly motivated business development
professional to assist in managing and expanding its client base. The qualified
candidate will preferably have a degree in engineering, at least 3 years experience,
and an active client database in which to sell custom IT and CAD/CAE services.
Candidate profile:

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.

At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in technology industry,
with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota goals.

Previous sales of engineering applications (CAD, etc.), custom application development
projects, enterprise software, and IT consulting services.

Familiarity with web-based application technology and sales.

Experience developing new customers.

Ability to grow and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.

Possess excellent closing skills, with a definite focus on customer satisfaction
and the ability to consistently move the customer towards commitment.

Possess a professional, client-focused approach.

Must have excellent people skills, with the ability to interact effectively and
work productively with a wide variety of people.

Participate in technical proposal and quoting processes.

CAD Software Engineer
Integrated Engineering Solutions is seeking full-time CAD Software Engineers (multiple
positions) for the office in Pullman, Washington.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects related to CAD, Visualization, and Virtual Reality
- Contribute to diverse tasks ranging from software specifications, design, coding
and testing
- Develop software applications and utilities related to Mechanical Engineering
and CAD
- Use of geometric and solid modeling techniques to design and implement geometric
algorithms
Qualifications: The qualified candidates must
- possess a MS in Mechanical Engineering
- have background in parametric CAD systems, visualization, virtual reality,
and geometric modeling
- be trained or experienced in use of CAD systems and their APIs (especially
CATIA V5 CAA) and feature-based CAD translation
